Manual bottle capper for beer and champagne bottles.

Floor Corker (manual)

Simple manual corker is equipped with a brass iris compression fitting instead of plastic. A long handle gives you plenty of leverage and the corks go in effortlessly. It is adjustable in height and can be used for many bottle types ranging from 25-40 cm in height. This corker is very easy to use.

VINO-AC Apple Crusher (manual)

The Vino-AC is a manual Apple/Fruit crusher based on the MicroVino model. It weights 40 lbs and has a 26”x 19” hopper. The manual hand crank operates adjustable double aluminum rollers that allow for control around the degree of crushing. The AISI 304 Stainless steel knives break apart the fruit before it enters the crushing rollers. Adjustment of the rollers is from 1/16” to 3/16”. Available with a painted steel or stainless steel hopper.

Vino-Due (Motorized)

The Vino-Due motorized crusher weighs 80 lbs and has a 40”x 25” hopper with a paddle-style auger. The 1 HP, three-phase engine drives double aluminum rollers are adjustable, allowing for control around the degree of crushing. Adjustment of the rollers is from 1/16” to 3/16”. Available with a painted steel or stainless steel hopper.

Vino-Due (Manual)

The Vino-Due manual crusher weighs 64 lbs and has a 40”x 25” hopper with a paddle-style auger. The manual hand crank operates adjustable double aluminum rollers that allow for control around the degree of crushing. Adjustment of the rollers is from 1/16” to 3/16”. Available with a painted steel or stainless steel hopper.

TRE-XV Stand (all 304 Stainless Steel)

Stainless Steel Stand for De-Stemmers/Crushers is made from 304 Stainless Steel. When sitting on the stand, the crusher/de-stemmer is 48″ high. The chute is 12” wide at the outlet, and 15.5″ off the floor and. Stands are made for use with Vino Superiore adjustable crushers and de-stemmers

VINO-XV (motorized)

The Vino-XV Motorized Crusher/De-stemmer weighs 119 lbs and has a hopper that is 17″ x 32″ with a worm style auger. The destemming basket is made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The 1 horsepower, three phase motor drives adjustable double aluminum rollers that allow for control around the degree of crushing. Crushed berries pass through the bottom of the unit while the stems come out the side. Adjustment of the rollers is from 1/16” to 3/16”. Use the Crusher Stand, sold separately, for easy operation. Available in all stainless steel.

VINO-TRE (motorized)

Stainless Steel Variable Capacity Tanks

Stainless Steel, Variable capacity tanks in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of amateur winemakers and wineries alike. The floating lid is adjustable using a hand pump and food-grade inflatable gasket. Once inflated, an air-tight seal keeps wine safe from exposure to oxygen. A ½” spigot is located at the bottom of the tank for ease in transferring of wine during racking or bottling. Tanks are flat bottom built from AISI 304 grade stainless steel and have a marble external finish.Available in 100L to 1000L sizes.
